Personality test
Dazu kommen berufliche Interessen (was Sie gern tun), Arbeitswerte (was Sie brauchen) und Charakterstärken.

DigitAI Personality Profile
How you really work.
A profile with substance.
Four parts, about 30 minutes in total, free — with breaks and an interim result after each part. You receive a detailed personal evaluation by email: interests, work values, personality and strengths, and above all how they play together.
The research is clear: personality is dimensional. Four-letter types feel catchy but are unstable — on retake, people often land in a different box. This profile shows you how strongly each trait is expressed instead.
Personality alone only says how you are. Added to it: work interests (what you enjoy doing), work values (what you need) and character strengths. The instruments cross-check each other — and the gaps between them are often the most interesting finding.
Your evaluation is computed deterministically by fixed scientific rules — the same answers always produce the same result. No AI-generated text, no hallucinations, no horoscope.
In your evaluation: your profile across all six dimensions, your most distinctive facets in detail, and how your dispositions play together in day-to-day work — with strengths and honest watchouts.

We built this instrument for ourselves: DigitAI is a small, remote-first team, and working here takes self-discipline, curiosity and integrity — so we made those measurable. Now we make the test freely available. If you like, you can tick a box at the end allowing us to contact you about matching job and project opportunities. That is voluntary, separately confirmed and revocable at any time — without the tick, we do not even store your email address.
This test gives you a carefully measured outside view of your own self-image — from four directions: what you enjoy doing (work interests), what you need from a work environment (work values), how you usually are (thirty facets of personality under the Five Factor Model), and which strengths you actually put to use. We use only openly available instruments whose statistics are published — so you can look up how precisely they measure. What you get in the end is a well-founded first draft: something to think with, not something that tells you who you are.
What this test cannot do, we would rather tell you beforehand than afterwards. It does not measure your personality but the way you answered about yourself today — and between the two lies a gap that can be quantified. That is why we show you ranges instead of exact numbers. It is not a psychological diagnosis, not an aptitude test, and not a prediction of how your life will go. The comparison values come from a very large but predominantly young, US-American online sample; your percentiles place you within that group, not within humanity. And interests and strengths are not compared to others at all — only ranked against each other.
