Your process, not ours
Stages, colours and follow-up deadlines are configuration, not source code. "Won" and "Lost" are properties of a stage — which is why the board can be adapted to many sales processes, from a workshop to an agency.
Product — DigitAI CRM
Not an enterprise tool with a thousand fields nobody maintains: your stages, your customers, your process. The interface below isn't a gallery of screenshots — you can use it right now.
Hands on
This is the DigitAI CRM interface, rebuilt for your browser — with the same stages, colours and labels as the real product. Drag a card to another column, open a deal, let the AI score it. Nothing leaves your machine. Every name, company, message, number and result is fully synthetic and describes no real person or client; email addresses use the reserved .example suffix.
The columns scroll sideways — in the real CRM you decide how many there are and what they're called.
Why it holds up
Stages, colours and follow-up deadlines are configuration, not source code. "Won" and "Lost" are properties of a stage — which is why the board can be adapted to many sales processes, from a workshop to an agency.
The deadline belongs to the stage, not the deal: a fresh enquiry may rest for two days, a quote for seven. Whatever slips gets flagged in red — before the customer ends up with a competitor.
Configured enquiries are scored by your criteria: for example hot, warm or cold, with a matching offer and next step. AI drafts the reply in the contact's language — and only what you approve gets sent.
Own server, managed operation or a hybrid architecture are available. Database, CSV export, access, backups and integrations are documented in the agreed operating model.
The AI chain
Quotas, maintenance and provider changes are part of operating AI. When an error or timeout is detected, the CRM can try the next configured stage. If none succeeds, the item remains visible for manual handling instead of disappearing silently. The board above shows a synthetic sample configuration.
Can be used on a suitably configured workstation. Requirements, licensing and limits are documented; server operation generally needs separate API access.
Model, provider, timeout and cost envelope are chosen for the task and data risk. Usage follows the provider's current terms and pricing.
A separately configured fallback reduces dependency on one provider. Its output quality and availability are tested; it does not replace a guarantee.
All of it set inside the CRM. Keys, models, timeout, sender address and SMTP access are configured in the interface — not in a config file. A test button tells you straight away whether the connection works. Credentials sit encrypted in your own database.
