Digital accountability

You have an accountant for tax and a lawyer for legal matters. Who keeps your digital world together?

DigitAI is your long-term partner for the decisions between business model, marketing, customer experience, data, AI and technology. We learn how your operation works, coordinate the connections and bring in specialists only where they are genuinely needed.

See whether we are a fit →

Three purchasable outcomes

Not a list of services.
A solution to your constraint.

You are not buying a loose bundle of marketing, AI and development. You choose a clear target state, measurable acceptance and the smallest sensible path to get there.

01Integration & AI

Connect existing systems with AI

When information is entered more than once, work gets lost between tools or AI is still an isolated experiment.

You receive
A process and data map, an integration or pilot, roles, approvals and documented handover.
We measure
For example processing time, manual handoffs, clarification loops or error rate.
Explore an integration project →
03Custom software

Build or modernise your own software

When standard software is holding you back, you need a portal or digital product, or an existing system must scale reliably.

You receive
Architecture options, delivery in reviewable stages, tests, documentation and a clear code and operating model.
We measure
For example lead time, usage, operating effort and acceptance criteria agreed in advance.

Not more technology. The right technology.

We first inspect what already works. Standard services stay when they are enough. Open interfaces or custom code are added only where control, impact or differentiation justify the extra complexity.

A clear specialism

Most valuable when
no one owns the whole.

We fit businesses whose digital work has become business-critical, yet remains trapped between agencies, tools, internal owners and isolated decisions.

01

Project- and consulting-led B2B businesses

Recurring enquiries, proposals, coordination and onboarding need to operate as one customer process.

02

Software, platforms and digital business models

Product, marketing, customer data and operations need to be decided and developed together.

03

International service businesses

Customer journeys in German, English or French need linguistic quality and a dependable technical foundation.

Probably not the right choice

If you only need isolated posts, a generic chatbot, the cheapest possible website or a performance promise without reliable baseline data. We work on the system, not interchangeable piecework.

Four core projects · publicly verifiable

Four worlds.
One clear signature.

From a regional brand website to operating software: each project solves a different real problem and can be viewed live. No stage sets, no invented results.

Our evidence standard

No invented ROI stories.

At the start, we record the baseline and target — such as response time, manual handoffs, proposal cycle, onboarding time or operating effort. After launch, we assess the same definition. Business figures are published only with explicit permission.

Our shared starting point

No shopping cart for
custom projects.

You do not need to choose a package or guess a price before speaking to us. The Scoper gives your project a free initial structure and creates a sound basis for the next decision.

Free initial estimate

First understand what is actually needed.

Your goal, constraint and existing systems become a non-binding orientation — concrete enough for a useful conversation without pretending the final scope is already known.

  • Goal and primary constraint
  • Smallest sensible scope
  • Assumptions, risks and dependencies
  • Realistic investment and operating range
  • Recommended next step
The Scoper does not create an automatic order or a binding proposal.
Freenon-binding · immediate resultEstimate your project
01

Scoper

You receive a scope, assumptions and realistic price range. A standardised route is only suggested when it genuinely covers the need.

02

Personal review

Chris reviews the goal, dependencies and open questions with you. Bounded work may then receive a fixed-price proposal; complex systems are calculated individually.

03

Cleanly in the CRM

Only after your decision do proposal, contract, invoice and payment route appear in the protected CRM. Once accepted, the client project is handed over to Projects.

Full cost transparency remains.

The proposal separates one-off work, ongoing operations and agreed third-party or media costs. The options remain visible before you decide.

From marketing to digital product architecture

We recommend only systems we have learned from the inside.

Chris comes from marketing and project management. AI did more than speed up isolated tasks: it changed what a small, accountable team could build and operate as a product. Dodolist was rethought, Smartshop gained its own operating system and recurring needs became the DigitAI Suite.

Today, DigitAI combines that product mindset with the closeness of a family business: Chris owns strategy, technology and delivery; Gloria connects language technology, audience understanding and marketing. If a project needs additional specialist expertise, it is planned around the scope and named in advance — accountability stays with DigitAI.

Before we work together

The questions worth asking a small agency.

Complex systems require trust — but not blind trust. We make accountability, dependencies, costs and handover discussable before work starts.

Ask a different question →
Who is ultimately accountable?

Chris leads every project and remains your main point of contact. Gloria owns the language and marketing work. External partners are used only when they fit the scope and are named in advance — accountability is not handed off.

Isn't a small team a capacity risk?

We accept only projects whose scope and timeline we can personally control. Stages, priorities and response paths are agreed up front. If specialist capacity is needed, it is planned transparently rather than silently outsourced.

Who owns the code, data and accounts?

The operating and ownership model is written into the proposal. For custom software, the repository, technical documentation, data export and handover can be part of the scope. For standard services, we name licences, providers and exit options before a decision.

How do you approach privacy and security?

We plan data flows, roles, access, backups and external services in proportion to risk. AI responses get explicit knowledge boundaries and human handovers. The concrete safeguards belong in the scope — we do not make blanket security promises.

What happens when the scope changes?

New requirements are described with their impact on value, time, cost and technical debt before implementation. You make a conscious choice: replace, add, schedule for later or reject.

How do we know whether the work pays off?

Before implementation, we agree the metric that matches the constraint and record its baseline — for example processing time, manual handoffs, response rate, proposal cycle or operating effort. After launch, we measure the same definition. We do not promise returns that neither you nor we can control.

Am I permanently tied in after launch?

You choose documented handover, ongoing care or incremental expansion. Third-party and operating costs are shown separately. A long-term commitment exists only when explicitly agreed and genuinely useful for operations.

Reviewable collaboration

Trust does not come from grand promises.

So we make clear—before and throughout the project—how you can assess quality, progress and handover readiness.

Before work starts

Scope, owners, dependencies, running costs and acceptance are agreed before implementation.

While we work

Decisions, changes, tests and open risks stay visible in short, traceable stages.

At handover

Access, documentation, data export and the operating model belong in the agreed scope—not in a black box.

Free initial estimate

Clarity first. Then the right conversation.

Describe your goal, constraint and existing technology. The Scoper instantly structures the scope, assumptions and an initial price range — then you decide whether to continue personally with Chris.
